Refund Policy
At Shay Brennan Golf, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching, custom fittings, and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:
Golf Lessons & Coaching
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
- No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Custom Fittings
- Custom orders are non-refundable once the fitting process has begun. If there are any issues with the equipment, we will assess repairs or alterations.
Golf Simulator Hire
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations.
Vouchers
- Vouchers are non-refundable but transferable.
