How do I get there?

You can find me on the driving range or if it is your first lesson please head straight to main reception and I will meet you there.
I kindly ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes before your lesson is due to start, this is to ensure you get the most out of your lesson time.
Is parking free?
Yes all parking is free of charge 24/7.

What should I wear?
Smart/Casual is fine but excludes Denim, Football/Rugby Shirts, and 3⁄4 length short/trousers. I am happy to suggest affordable and quality Golf Wear from the onsite shop should you wish to turn golf into a long-term hobby. If you already have Golf Wear please dress appropriately. Golf shoes are allowed in the clubhouse.
I have a booking for the golf simulator do I need to do anything differently?
We kindly ask that you ensure clubs and shoes are spotlessly clean to maintain our clean screen for the enjoyment of everybody. The Simulator & Club fitting Studio is located next to the clubhouse and bar.
Can I bring my own clubs?
The use of our clubs is included in your lesson fee. If you would prefer to use your own clubs please feel free to bring them along. Trolleys and buggies can be hired from the clubhouse.
I have a voucher and redeemed it when I booked do I need to bring it with me?
Yes please, bring it with you and give it to your instructor.
We are committed to ensuring that the services we provide are accessible to all. We have basic level Makaton/BSL training, are accessible for customers using a wheelchair (parking is available right next to the driving range if you drive up the gravel path), and have experience of teaching clients with developmental disabilities. The PGA Professional Shay has significant experience of focusing on the individuality of each customer to encourage growth in skills and accomplishment. If there is anything additional any of us can do to make your golf experience more accessible please let us know.
What is your cancellations policy?
We are committed to ensuring that all our customers enjoy their golfing experiences to the highest quality. We know how much our customers look forward to their experiences, but that at times cancellations are unavoidable. Please ensure you read our further details on cancellations below carefully to avoid disappointment as we cannot give refunds.
If you have a voucher, please ensure you refer to the terms and conditions on the voucher, the cancellation policy differs depending on the voucher offer purchased and will be clearly laid out at purchase.
For non-voucher direct bookings, please note that we operate a 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Junior Golf & Activity Camps
The camps run from 0830 through to 1730 hours. Drop off is between 0830 and 0900 and collection from 1700-1730 hours. If you wish to drop off later than 0900 and before 1700 please let Shay know in advance.
What YOU need to bring:
- clothing, we advise a spare set of clothes just in case the weather changes. The dress code is relaxed so comfortable clothing and outdoor footwear (no sandals or flip flops please). Early in the morning the course can be wet so spare socks always help.
- all drinks and food for the day. We can top-up drinks bottles so please bring a reusable bottle.
- any medicine and sun creams.
We can provide equipment if required so do not rush out and buy clubs. If you have your own equipment please bring this with you.
Below is a example itinerary for a day.
0830-0900 Drop off
0900-0945 Activity 1 (group based activity to get everyone involved)
1000-1130 Course based activity (playing, messing bunker up and then learning how to rake properly, ball treasure hunts….
1130-1200 Chillout time and refreshments
1200-1300 Activity 2 - group based golf specific stations (distance control, accuracy etc could be putting, chipping, driving
1300-1400 Lunch and personal time (we may put a film on the 4.5metre wide cinema screen)
1400-1530 Activity 3 - Activity stations (dodge ball, frisbee, skittles, kick cricket)
1545-1645 Activity 4 - I typically leave this open for the group to choose themselves from the activities they like the most.
1645-1700 Break and locate everything they have managed to mislay throughout the day
1700-1730 Chillout and collection (film, read a book, technology time)
